Two people who have proven to be invaluable to us are Kirsty Winter and Sean Payne, both celebrating their 10-year anniversary with Insight data.

Career beginnings

Kirsty started her career as a researcher before developing into Partnership Manager and Sean as a Digital Marketing Assistant who has progressed to a Software Developer helping us create our industry known Salestracker marketing platform.

New challenges

Both have thrived off new challenges and enjoyed learning industry knowledge and have expanded their experience whilst being part of the Insight Data team. We recognised their efforts and promoted them accordingly to their talents and strengths within the business.

Kirsty and Sean have owned their careers, Kirsty enjoys “Working with likeminded people who have drive, passion, determination and ambitious goals” and Sean states how well we work together by saying “We have always been very supportive of new talent, we encourage “outside-the-box” thinking”.
