Insight Data have recently hit a very significant milestone. At the FIT Show Insight celebrated their 10-year anniversary and what a decade it has been; going from strength-to-strength Insight are now recognised as the leading prospect marketing data specialists in the fenestration and construction industry.
How Did It All Begin?
Insight Data launched in 2006 with a small telephone research team and MD Andrew Scott leading the way. Insight initially focussed on the fenestration and glazing industry, providing monthly updates via spreadsheet.
Quickly after Insight was launched, the vision of real-time data was pursued, leading to the recruitment of a software team and the birth of Salestracker. Little did the team know how influential this system would become in the fenestration and construction industry.
Salestracker allowed businesses to build lists of highly effective marketing data that would never decay, increasing response rates and driving sales through the roof. This proved to be a huge success, leading to a “business of the year” award in 2009.
Since then Insight Data have never looked back bringing out three new versions of its Salestracker system and even a mobile version. Not only have they continued innovating Salestracker, they have continued to grow their databases, recently launching the UK’s largest database of local builders.
With 10 years of success under their belt, Insight have no plans of slowing down in the future.
What’s Next for Insight Data?
With the launch of the all new Salestracker 3.5 (which includes credit alerts and the announcement of STEM), a built-in email marketing platform the future is bright. With plenty of new and exciting plans for the future, Insight is a company that will continue to drive the industry forward to ensure the best possible marketing and sales results.
