Insight Data, the specialist data suppliers and direct marketers for the construction and fenestration industry, are supporting Operation Christmas Child, the charity event held by Samaritan’s Purse. The Operation helps to provide international relief for children living in famine-struck countries across the world.
Operation Christmas Child, established since 1990, has provided more than 124 million boys and girls in over 150 countries a gift through the power of simple shoe-box donations.
The Operation will consist of the Insight Data team packing numerous gifts into multiple shoe-boxes to send across the world to help underprivileged children. So far Insight Data have managed to pack numerous toys, school supplies, hygiene items and clothing, which will go a long way in helping bring joy to underprivileged children this Christmas.
Insight Data’s Operations Manager, Jade Greenhow commented; “Here at Insight Data we have a strong set of morals and make it an objective to participate in charitable events throughout the year. We understand that there are people in the world that are not as fortunate as ourselves and we want to do as much as we can to help. Operation Christmas Child is for a great cause with the whole team really excited about making a difference to these children.”
Insight Data, who recently supported Football Shirt Friday, plan to continue supporting charitable events in the future and are fully committed to making a difference and helping others.
Helen Costeloe-Hughes, Commercial Director of Insight Data also commented; “I’m really proud of the whole team for taking part in such a good cause. A small shoe-box can have a big impact. What goes into the box is fun, but what comes out of it is priceless. Being a part of changing children’s lives all over the world through the power of a simple gift with Operation Christmas Child is extraordinary, and we will continue to support the cause in the future.”
