Business Growth Executive
Insight Data is an award-winning, leading provider of marketing data and CRM software exclusively for the UK construction, fenestration and glazing industries.
As the Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for handling new enquiries and leading proactive efforts to generate new business sales through various channels, including prospect databases, LinkedIn, and other strategic methods. Your primary goal will be hitting monthly new-business sales and lead generation targets across all of the services provided by Insight Data, within the company’s price list structure. Targets will be reviewed from time to time.
‘New Business’ is defined as a customer who has not traded with Insight Data previously or one that has not traded with Insight during the preceding 6 months.
This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and shaping the future of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Enquiries, Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Engage with new enquiries and potential customers promptly and professionally.
- Engage with previous customers who have not traded with Insight for over 6 months.
- Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
- Pro-actively promote all our services – data, CRM, STEM, email marketing, telesales and other services.
- Identify and target potential new customers through various sources, including prospect databases, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Complete paperwork and contracts to a high standard and within the terms and pricing structure set by the company.
- Research and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue achieved.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimise sales processes and strategies.
