Insight Data has developed an innovative ‘traffic light’ system which highlights a business as green, amber or red along with a credit score directly integrated from a credit reference agency.

Having key financial information early on can help companies reduce exposure and manage risk. It can be easy to let a trade customer build up a large debt credit-Diagramlevel when their payment history is good, but monitoring their account based on payment history alone is high risk – underlying financial problems can often come to light too late, leaving suppliers exposed.

Insight Data’s latest version of Salestracker now includes Credit Alerts. Users can add records such as customers or key prospects to a ‘monitor’ list and Salestracker will automatically notify changes in financial status – good or bad.
