Insight Data Ltd, the business data provider, has confirmed its commitment to the glazing industry by becoming full members of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF).
Established in 2006, Insight Data tracks over 15,000 fabricators, installers and glass companies in theUK and Ireland using its Salestracker software and helps suppliers target new customers more precisely.
Andrew Scott, Managing Director of Insight Data has been involved in the glass industry for 25 years, from manufacturing to sales and marketing. He commented; “The GGF has always represented the interests of the industry, promoted best practice and maintained the highest professional standards. We are delighted to be awarded full membership of the Federation which reinforces our long-term commitment to the industry.”
Insight Data was voted outright “Business of the Year” in the Government backed Enterprise Agency Business Awards and is also an accredited member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).
Over 600 users now rely on Insight’s Salestracker database software, including many of the industry’s leading systems companies, manufacturers and glass companies. Behind the scenes a large telephone research team continuously update and verify information in real-time while external data feeds, such as credit reference information, double-verifies the Insight database.
Presenting Andrew Scott with the GGF Membership Certificate, Deputy Chief Executive Giles Wilson said; “The GGF is widening its membership reach to incorporate those organisations associated closely with the industry but aren’t necessarily manufacturers or installers. To this end we welcome companies such as Insight Data who share our values and commitment to the industry and can meet the professional standards required for membership.”
