You can generate a KPI report hovering your mouse cursor over “Reports” and clicking on “KPI Report”.
The KPI report page offers some filters you can use to narrow down your report search.
The filters include:
- Users – see KPIs for all users, or pick a specific user to see results for.
- Relationship Status – pick from your custom relationship statuses.
- Task Types – pick from your custom task types.
- Lead Sources – pick from your custom lead sources.
These custom filters are set within the CRM Field Customisation section.
Once you have set the filters to what you want to generate, click the “Filter” button. Once generated, charts will display based on the filters selected, with a calendar beneath them for the current month.
The doughnut charts will reflect different KPIs and the line chart displays how many leads were added to the system during each week of the month.
N.B: How full each doughnut chart is (green vs grey amount) depends on a scaling maximum value, rounded up to the nearest 50. For instance, in the screenshot above, “Leads with a follow-up due this month” shows a value of 14, and is a little over half full, whereas “Leads acquired from all sources” shows 23 and is the majority of the way full.
The date on the line graph is determined by the calendar’s current date, which can be changed using the filters above the calendar:
The arrow keys will cycle through months, and the today button will return to the current month. There is also the option to switch from a monthly overview to a weekly overview, at which point the line chart will show the days of the week selected in the calendar, rather than the full month stats (the doughnut charts will also update their values to reflect the week currently selected).
The calendar will show any tasks that have been shown on the Tasks Overview page, and will update to reflect the changes made to the filters above.

If you require a PDF of the report, just click the “PDF” icon next to the “Filter” button. Salestracker will then generate a PDF.
Use Cases
Some examples of how this report can be used could be, for instance, to view:
Phone calls to Customers:
Selecting Customer as the relationship status, and Telephone Call as the task type, would result in being able to see the doughnut chart (highlighting in the red square) which shows how many Telephone Calls were made to Customers for the month selected (August 2019 here). The rest of the doughnuts also reflect these selections, and it can also be seen that there are 27 tasks, 16 of which are telephone calls, 12 of those are to customers.
Visits to Prospects:
Selecting Prospect as the relationship status, and Visit as the task type, would result in being able to see the doughnut chart (highlighting in the red square) which shows how many Visits were made to Prospects for the month selected (August 2019 here). The rest of the doughnuts also reflect these selections, and it can also be seen that there are 27 tasks, 8 of which are visits, 2 of those are to prospects.
Leads sourced from your website:
Selecting website as the lead source would result in being able to see the doughnut chart (highlighting in the red square) which shows how many leads were sourced from the Website for the month selected (August 2019 here). The rest of the doughnuts also reflect these selections, and it can also be seen that there are 14 leads, 7 of which were sourced from the website.
