Salestracker The ReviewOver the past year Salestracker has continued to grow and adapt in order to remain the best industry specific database and CRM. We had over 20 software updates during 2015. Some of these were technical, such as improvements to encrypted security, faster servers and code optimisation, but many were improvements to help you drive sales and marketing. Here is a compiled list of the new features Salestracker added over the past year:

  • Salestracker Mobile. Definitely the biggest development since the launch of Salestracker itself. The mobile edition is packed with features to help busy people do more on the road. With the latest geo-location and mapping technology integrated you are able to optimise time and maximise productivity.
  • CRM Alerts. Never forget a prospect or customer again. CRM Alert notifies you if a contact hasn’t had any activity on their account for a specified length of time. A study done by the Association of Sales Executives revealed that 81% of all sales happens on or after the fifth contact. So regular contact will increase your chance of sales, or if they are already a customer, will be brilliant for customer service.
  • Lead Capture. Add our Lead Capture tool to your website or email marketing campaign and enquiries will automatically be copied into Salestracker as a sales lead.
  • Credit Profiling. Our integrated credit profiling was rolled out to all databases, meaning you can now build and export lists based on credit ratings. The live database means that you can track the credit ratings of companies so that you can calculate risk when working with new customers.
  • Telesales Tool. Highlighter pens and spreadsheets are a thing of the past! With this powerful new tool, you are able to colour-code records within a list, making it ideal for telesales follow-up.
  • Folders. Now you can save lists to specific folders to help you get organised. You can even save lists to a ‘shared’ folder which enables other members of your own team to access them. Perfect for creating prospect lists for your sales or marketing team to target.
  • Preferences. We’ve added much more flexibility. Configure Salestracker to display information in the way that works best for you.
